THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS OF LAY LONDON LIMITED. BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We currently ship orders to UK addresses only. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please get in touch to see if we can help: firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time, we are operating Standard Delivery and First Class Delivery. Please note that UK shipping times may vary. If you select Standard Delivery, your order should be delivered between 4-6 business days from the date of purchase. If you select First Class Delivery, your order should be delivered between 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. For 'Next Day' or urgent deliveries, please get in touch directly: email@example.com.
Our Standard Delivery fee is £4.50, and our First Class Delivery fee is £6. The shipping cost for your items will be stated at checkout.
Please note that we do not accept returns on all items. If an item is not eligibile for return, this will be stated in the product description. For items eligible for return, the arrangement and payment of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to return items with the protective packaging (as delivered), so they are returned in re-saleable condition. Returns should be received by LAY within 14 days of a customer receiving their order. Please note that proof of postage is required, in case of loss or damage.

If an item arrives faulty, or an incorrect item is sent, LAY London will reimburse the order in full to the customer (shipping fee included). LAY London will arrange the return of the incorrect or faulty item, and reimburse the return postage cost if applicable. Please note, photo evidence of faulty or incorrect items may be required.
